Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please try to give as much notice as possible so we can reschedule.
Any appointments missed, late cancelled, or changed without the appropriate notice time will incur the following charges:
- There is no cancellation fee for sessions cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment.
- A cancellation fee of 50% is applicable to cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours of appointment
- 100% cancellation fee is applicable to cancellations made on the day of appointment.
Health Insurance
A number of Health Insurance Plans provide cover for Speech and Language Therapy, including LAYA and VHI. Please check with your health insurer for details and cover. It is possible to combine your health insurance and tax refund by claiming tax relief on monies paid in excess of that covered by your health insurer.
